Welcome to Petvibecloth. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of petvibecloth.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order, or be using the Site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
2. Products
All of our products are printed on demand after you order. We do our best to display product colors and designs accurately, but colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and the printing process. Sizes and fit vary by product; please review the size chart on each product page before ordering.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD). We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely by third-party payment providers, and by submitting an order you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
4. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing or listing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will issue a full refund.
5. Cancellations and Changes
Because each item is made to order, we can only cancel or change an order if it has not yet entered production. Contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page if you need to make a change.
6. Shipping
Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when your order is handed to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for details.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund & Returns Policy, which is part of these Terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, logos, text, images, and other content on the Site are owned by Petvibecloth or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Purchasing a product gives you the right to own and wear it, not the right to copy, reproduce, resell, or commercially use the designs.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems, interfere with its operation, or copy or scrape its content.
10. User Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Petvibecloth will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Petvibecloth harmless from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
